A virtual health coach can help you create and sustain a healthy lifestyle where you look and feel your best!
How does it work?
We meet weekly via ZOOM (a web-based private chatroom) or phone for 30-minutes.
- During each session we review your goals and have open, judgement-free discussion about your progress and sticking points.
- If needed, sessions can include a mini-workout we do together OR just a spot-check assessment of your form of various exercises.
- I will then offer you my suggestions for what to focus on in the coming week. Again, there is plenty of time for your input about what feels reasonable and sustainable.
- The session concludes with a restatement of your goals.
What happens in between sessions?
- Immediately after each session, I will upload to a shared Google folder a written recap of the session, including the upcoming week’s homework and focus suggestions.
- Clients can opt for text check-ins from me between sessions.
- I am available via text and email at all times to my virtual health coaching clients. I will respond as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours. Clients use me as a resource for health & wellness questions as well as moral support.
INVESTMENT
$400 for eight 30-minute sessions, to be used within three months. Consistency is key when building new habits!

I have nationally-recognized certifications as a health coach, perinatal fitness specialist, and a 3rd Age (perimenopause) women’s wellness expert. I have extensive experience working with obese clients to build healthy habits. I’ve been working in women’s fitness and wellness for fifteen years.
