  • review your health history
  • conduct a basic fitness assessment
  • discuss your fitness likes/dislikes
  • establish reasonable short- and long-term wellness goals.

 

The consultation also may be booked as a stand-alone meeting to jump-start your fitness journey or provide feedback about your current fitness program.
